Randy’s Transmissions is entering its next phase of national expansion, backed by increased manufacturing capacity, additional leadership, and a growing portfolio of engineered diesel drivetrain and cooling solutions.
Headquartered in Utah, Randy’s has built its reputation on transmission systems proven in high-horsepower, high-torque environments including towing, hauling, drag racing, dyno testing, and off-road use. That real-world validation continues today as the company scales production and accelerates product development across multiple diesel platforms.
To support growth, Randy’s has acquired a new 40,000-sq-ft headquarters in West Valley City, Utah, bringing transmission and torque converter manufacturing under one roof while expanding engineering and production capacity. A second 20,000-sq-ft manufacturing and distribution facility in Charlotte, North Carolina strengthens national fulfillment and provides two-day shipping coverage to most U.S. regions.
As part of its long-term growth strategy, industry veteran Frank Kuperman Jr. has joined the company, adding more than 26 years of leadership and product development experience across the automatic transmission and performance aftermarket. His involvement also deepens collaboration with Fluidyne High Performance, leading to new diesel-specific cooling solutions.
Randy’s Transmissions and Fluidyne are preparing multiple new patented and platform-specific product releases, reinforcing the company’s position as a destination for advanced diesel transmission, converter, and cooling technology.
