Snap-on Favorites Help Prepare for Seasonal Tire Changeover

KENOSHA, Wis. (February 28, 2023) – Now with colder months soon to be in the rearview mirror, technicians can look to these Snap-on favorites to maximize time and resources for winter to all-season tire changeovers.

The new Snap-on® JS600 Jack Stands ensure a safely supported vehicle for every tire change. When used together, these stands can carry a 6-ton capacity and have 12 locking positions for height adjustment while the vehicle is off the ground. Ductile iron saddles provide more surface area for added stability, locking automatically into position with cast-locking pawls, plus a relief for pinch welds adding flexibility during use.

To confirm every tire is road-ready, the versatile and easy-to-use Snap-on® TPMS5 Tire Pressure Sensor System Tool Kit quickly diagnoses sensors and relearns tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS) on US, Asian, and European vehicles. User interface provides a simplified menu to guide technicians through sensor relearns, diagnosis and aftermarket sensor programming without the need for additional equipment.

Featuring a full color 5″ daylight readable 1,280 x 720 pixel touch LCD panel, the unit captures sensor data and displays PSI, ID, temperature battery status, and compares data to the Engine Control Unit (ECU) stored values. With Wi-Fi capability, the TPMS5 can be updated with the latest software to integrate new vehicle information.
