The award recognizes David’s outstanding achievements in completing the rigorous Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification process and his commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in automotive technology and repair techniques.

“In the U.S., there are 178,000 ASE-certified technicians, but fewer than 800 have the advanced qualifications David has. About the award:
to be nominated, technicians must have:
- Current ASE Master Automobile Technician status (A1 – A8)
- Demonstrated involvement in the community
- Worked at the Midas shop for at least one year
In addition to the award, David received:

Nov.14-15, 2023, at the Hilton Resort, Clearwater Beach, Florida.
