Ernesto Saldaña Jr. recently completed his ATRA Masters Program and received his Master Certified Plaque. ATRA recently contacted Ernesto to find out more about him. See below:
I have been in the transmission Industry for over 30 years. I started in the R&R position and moved my way up to lead builder. For the last 10 years I have been a manager, running the day to day duties that a shop needs to be successful in all areas including cleanliness, consistency and confidence.
My favorite transmissions that I like to work on are behind diesel engines, heavy duty custom builds. I have two great children, Ernesto III & Elexis.
