KYZEN Races into PRI Show 2025 to Showcase METALNOX Product Line

The KYZEN team of cleaning experts will be onsite at Booth 5607 to spotlight METALNOX chemistries like aluminum and steel cleaner METALNOX M6356 and heavy-duty aqueous alkaline steel cleaner METALNOX M6324R. KYZEN will also conduct live ultrasonic cleaning demonstrations of METALNOX M6356 in their booth space.

METALNOX M6356 is an advanced, heavy-duty aqueous cleaning chemistry compatible with steel and aluminum parts that effectively removes heavy oils and burned-on carbon in both spray and immersion cleaning process utilized in remanufacturing. M6356 provides a long bath life and has proven to reduce media blasting operations, labor, and material by up to 80 percent.

METALNOX M6324R is a high-alkaline cleaning chemistry formulated to clean steel parts in both spray and immersion cleaning processes. M6324R effectively removes water-insoluble oils, heavy greases, deep draw stamping compounds, oxides, and burned-on carbon. The oil-splitting formula of M6324R also allows for an extended bath life and a lower steady-state bath load.
