I am writing today to publicly recognize and express my deepest gratitude to Pat Ayers as they conclude an incredible six-year tenure on the ATRA Board of Directors.

Six years is a profound commitment, and Pat’s time on the board has been defined by unwavering dedication, strategic insight, and a passion for our industry. Navigating the evolving landscape of our organization requires visionary leadership, and Pat has consistently provided exactly that. Their contributions have been instrumental in shaping ATRA’s direction and strengthening the community we all serve.
