Dublin, Ohio – Nov. 25, 2025 – Litens Aftermarket N.A, offering the most complete portfolio of aftermarket belt drive products, announced today that Brian Terrano has joined the company as Purchasing Manager. His appointment signals the company’s continued focus on bolstering its supply chain operations amid ongoing industry challenges.

Terrano will lead purchasing strategy for Litens Aftermarket N.A., with a focus on supplier partnerships, cost management and long-term agreements that support stable product availability. He will work closely with operations, sales and finance to align sourcing decisions with customer needs and changing market conditions.

“Brian’s experience managing complex supplier networks aligns with our commitment to operational excellence and makes him a great fit to support us as we strategically navigate commercial challenges,” said Scott Howat, Director of Sales at Litens Aftermarket N.A. “His expertise in structured sourcing, supplier negotiations and inventory management will be an asset as we address ongoing supply chain disruptions while maintaining a sharp focus on customer satisfaction.”

Terrano brings more than 20 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain and project management within global Tier 1 and OEM automotive organizations. He has a strong record of building effective supplier relationships and leading sourcing strategies for direct and indirect materials ranging from plastics and metals to electrical components.
