They can’t really embrace who they are and there isn’t really anybody they could talk to about the special challenges and things they face in the industry…”
“Shops are becoming more welcoming for women, so it’s getting easier to prepare them. We just have to show them what their strengths are. We have to show them the value they bring. Their attention to detail is so much better than their male counterparts. They always go above and beyond…”
