ATI’s New Billet Aluminum E-Clutch Hub for Toyota & BMW vehicles with ZF 8HP51 Automatic Transmissions!

ATI Performance Products is proud to introduce it’s new billet aluminum E-Clutch Hub for 5th-Gen Toyota Supras and BMW vehicles equipped with ZF 8HP51 automatic transmissions. This new ATI part #711014 is a direct replacement for the OEM Part # ZF-1101-471-029 and is now available.

The OEM part is made from A380 aluminum that is easy for OEM’s to cast and machine, but will fail in high performance and high mileage applications. The splines of the OEM hub will wear or shear completely off. On the opposite side the steel clutch plates will dig into the splines causing hang up or slow apply and release times and burn up the clutches. This can happen even in mild performance applications.

ATI’s new, American-made part was designed in house and starts life as billet 7075 aluminum. Improvements were made to all weak areas with bigger radii and more material. More oil passages and slots were added to allow maximum flow. This part has been race proven for more than a year now and will fit some 8HP45 with the same OEM part number.
