Kinergo Launches TCRT 01.001: Specialized Tool for A8LF Torque Converter Rebuilding

Kinergo, a leading provider of automotive repair solutions, announces the release of the TCRT 01.001, a precision tool engineered specifically to solve the challenges of rebuilding A8LF1 and A8LF2 torque converters found in passenger vehicles.

The A8LF series torque converters present a unique repair hurdle: their lockup units are welded, making the replacement of friction plates and rubber seals difficult without specialized equipment. The TCRT 01.001 addresses this by enabling precise two-stage cutting and welding of the lockup unit with integrated centering. This technology allows service stations to perform reliable repairs that were previously unfeasible or required complete unit replacement.

Key features of the TCRT 01.001 include:
High Precision: Ensures reliable fixation and perfect mutual arrangement of parts, significantly reducing the risk of damage during disassembly and assembly.
Versatility: Compatible with lathes featuring both faceplates and chucks, eliminating the need for machine re-equipment.
Durability: Constructed from structural steels with protective galvanic coating and heat-treated critical components for long-term reliability.
User-Friendly: The set includes a comprehensive operation manual with detailed sketches and technical parameters, making it accessible even for novice specialists.

The kit includes all necessary components such as bars, protective rings, handles, fixators, centering crowns, and adapters. Kinergo also offers worldwide delivery, technical support, and specialized training programs for staff working with this equipment.

For more information or to schedule a training session, visit the Kinergo website or contact their sales team at sales@kinergo.eu.
