Dublin, Ohio – March. 31, 2026 – Litens Aftermarket N.A, offering the most complete portfolio of aftermarket belt drive products, is pleased to announce the hiring of Brian Wiland as Senior Product Manager for their automotive water pumps division. Wiland will support the development and expansion of Litens’ water pump portfolio across North America.
His appointment comes as the company continues to build on its recent brand extension with Dolz, bringing the European brand to the region along with its more than 90 years of manufacturing experience. That history in water pump manufacturing strengthens Litens’ ability to deliver this product line with dependable fit and adaptability for the market.
Wiland brings more than a decade of automotive aftermarket experience to the role. His background spans product management, category analysis and marketing. Most recently, he spent over six years at First Brands Group as a Product Manager, where he managed repair-focused product lines and drove category growth initiatives. Earlier in his career, he held product and category roles at StrongArm, Carter Fuel Systems and Federal-Mogul, building expertise in fuel systems, competitive analysis and customer-focused product strategy. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Ferris State University.
“Brian’s background in product management and the aftermarket makes him the right fit as we expand our water pump line in North America,” said Cesar Pagani, Vice President, Litens Aftermarket N.A. “He knows how to build product portfolios around market needs and help bring meaningful value to our distributors and repair professionals.”
