Aurora Payments Launches New ISV Division to Expand Embedded Finance Capabilities

[Bakersfield, Calif] — [March 25, 2026] — Aurora Payments today announced the launch of its new Independent Software Vendor (ISV) division, reinforcing the company’s commitment to advancing embedded finance and transforming how businesses manage and move money inside the software they already use.

Embedded finance is rapidly reshaping the way businesses and consumers interact by integrating payments and financial services directly into software platforms. Through its ISV division, Aurora Payments is eliminating the need for separate financial institutions by working directly with software providers to enable seamless transaction processing and financial management within their applications.

“Embedded finance allows software platforms to do far more than process payments — it turns them into full financial ecosystems,” said Jim A. Luff of Aurora Payments. “Our ISV division is designed to help software providers deliver a more convenient, intuitive, and branded experience while unlocking new revenue opportunities.”

By embedding payments directly into software, platforms can increase customer retention by allowing users to complete more tasks without leaving the application. This streamlined experience improves engagement and loyalty while enabling software companies to generate incremental revenue through transaction share models — without the need to build or maintain their own payments infrastructure.

Aurora’s embedded payment solutions go beyond basic transaction processing. Features such as recurring billing and payment plans help businesses enhance their value proposition while maintaining operational simplicity. These capabilities are supported by scalable infrastructure, powerful integration tools, and ongoing support to ensure long-term success for software partners.

“With Aurora’s embedded solutions, software providers can evolve alongside customer expectations in an increasingly digital economy,” Luff added.
