Go Powertrain has announced that it has doubled the number of staff in its warranty department to better serve customers with their warranty needs.
Go Powertrain is always looking for ways to better serve our customers, and expanding our warranty team will allow us to better serve those customers in one of the most important ways we can. Warranty questions and claims can create headaches and lost income for shops, and can slow down the repair process.
To help shops get the help they need, and faster than ever, Go Powertrain decided to add more team members to the warranty department staff, increasing the number to 8 team members. These staff members have gone through required training that will go along with their industry experience so they will be able to help our customers with their warranty needs.
