Renew & Recharge: An Automotive Women’s Retreat Announces 2026 Dates in Gatlinburg, Tennessee

Gatlinburg, TN — June 11–14, 2026

Women across the automotive industry are invited to save the date for Renew & Recharge: An Automotive Women’s Retreat, taking place June 11–14, 2026, in the Smoky Mountains of Gatlinburg, Tennessee.

Co-hosted by Amazing Women in Automotive (AWiA) and the Midwest Auto Care Alliance (MWACA), Renew & Recharge is a four-day immersive retreat created specifically for women working in automotive—including shop owners, operators, service writers, technicians, and industry partners.

Designed as a meaningful break from day-to-day demands, the retreat offers attendees an opportunity to step into the mountains for reflection, connection, leadership development, and serious renewal. Unlike traditional conferences or trade shows, Renew & Recharge focuses on authentic relationships, personal growth, and community-building in a relaxed, supportive environment.

“This retreat is about giving women in automotive the space to pause, reconnect with themselves, and build lasting relationships with other leaders in our industry,” organizers shared. “It’s where conversations go deeper, confidence grows, and friendships—and partnerships—are formed.”

In addition to welcoming attendees, organizers are currently seeking event sponsors who wish to support women in automotive while gaining meaningful brand visibility. Sponsorship opportunities include experiential moments such as the Final Night Dinner, Welcome Charcuterie & Wine, Coffee Bar, Retreat T-Shirts, and Tote & Goodie Bags. These partnerships offer direct engagement with an influential group of decision-makers and industry leaders.

Women interested in attending are encouraged to save the date, with registration details coming soon.

Potential sponsors and partners are invited to reach out now to learn more about available opportunities.
