WIT Announces St. Jude Benefit Turkey Shootout Drag Race & Car Show

ATMORE, AL — The roar of engines will meet the spirit of giving this fall as the 1st Annual WIT Turkey Shootout Drag Race & Car Show comes to Atmore Dragstrip. This exciting two-day motorsports event, held November 15–16, 2025, will combine the thrill of drag racing with a mission to support St. Jude Children’s Hospital, helping fund lifesaving research and treatment for children battling serious illnesses.

Fans can expect an action-packed weekend featuring some of the fastest cars in the region, competing across multiple classes:

• Small Tire / No Time – $5,000 to Win | $200 Entry
• Small Tire 5.30 Index – $2,000 to Win | $100 Entry
• Extreme Street – $2,500 to Win | $100 Entry
• Late Model – $2,000 to Win | $100 Entry

Schedule of Events:

• Test & Tune: Friday, November 15, 2025 – Gates Open 10 AM | Racing 12 PM
• Race Day: Saturday, November 16, 2025 – Gates Open 10 AM | Racing 12 PM
