Litens Aftermarket Welcomes Mitchel Skamiera as Operations Analyst

Dublin, Ohio – July 17, 2025 – Litens Aftermarket N.A, offering the most complete portfolio of aftermarket belt drive products, is pleased to announce the hiring of Mitchel Skamiera as Operations Analyst. The addition of Skamiera reflects the company’s ongoing focus on strengthening its operational and logistics capabilities across its North American business.

In his new role, Skamiera will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to identify trends and performance opportunities, developing operational dashboards and presenting insights that support strategic decision making. Additionally, he will collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to help drive real-time solutions and continuous improvement in supply chain and logistics functions.

Skamiera brings a well-rounded background in both business ownership and corporate operations to his new position. As co-owner of M & J Mulching, he grew a local landscaping business from 15 to over 110 customer accounts, overseeing estimates, procurements, finances and installations. Most recently, he interned with Magna International, a global mobility parts supplier, where he tracked shipping logistics, maintained inventory controls and documented scrap material handling.

Skamiera holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in supply chain management and marketing from Grand Valley State University.
