Litens Aftermarket Promotes Matt Maltarich to Director of Operations as Extensive Growth Continues

Dublin, Ohio – March 25, 2025 – Litens Aftermarket N.A, offering the most complete portfolio of aftermarket belt drive products, announces the promotion of Matt Maltarich to Director of Operations. Maltarich brings a broad base of experience to this position, spanning multiple disciplines in both original equipment (OE) and the aftermarket. In his new role, Maltarich will leverage his expertise across sales, engineering and operations to focus on implementing practices that streamline efficiencies for the North American aftermarket.

Maltarich joined Litens in 2014, beginning as an account manager on the OE side, where he worked with major OE clients such as Stellantis (formerly FCA) and General Motors. Since 2019, he has served as Business Development Manager, helping drive the company’s aftermarket growth.

Before joining Litens, Maltarich spent 13 years at Ford, where he held engineering leadership roles, including Automation and Systems Engineer, Safety Test Engineer and Web Applications Development Engineering Supervisor. Earlier in his career, he spent four years at Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in various testing and engineering positions.

“Matt brings extensive knowledge across multiple disciplines, from OE to aftermarket, and his experience is crucial in driving operational efficiency,” said John Lussier, President of Litens Aftermarket N.A. “His promotion underscores our commitment to aligning internal expertise with roles that support our continued growth and enhance customer relationships.”

Maltarich holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Nebraska and a master’s degree in engineering from Purdue University.

His promotion follows the recent appointments of Scott Howat as Director of Sales and Marketing and Chuck Pullins as Controller. These leadership changes reflect Litens’ ongoing expansion and strategic efforts to align top talent with key business areas.
