Standard Drivetrain Acquires Precision Industries

Standard Drivetrain, LLC., a prominent and fast-growing player in the emerging driveline performance aftermarket, proudly announces the successful acquisition of Precision Industries. Based in Whiteville, Tennessee, Precision Industries is at the forefront of torque converter innovation and is credited with introducing the multi-clutch performance torque converter, as well as the original one-piece billet back cover.

Founded by Terry Hedrick, Precision Industries has garnered a reputation for its revolutionary contributions to the torque converter industry. Precision Industries is synonymous with cutting-edge technology, and Vicky Hedrick expressed pride in passing the torch to Standard Drivetrain, ensuring that the brand continues its leadership in torque converter technology.
